Cancellation Policy will depend on the rate and type of room you are booking. Generally, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 72 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged. During Peak/High season periods, Public & School Holidays we require 7 days notice of cancellation, or the value of first night of accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
